Baked my dad a ‘Mounds’ cake: chocolate cake with coconut icing, toasted sweetened coconut and chocolate chips on top. Yum!
Made probably the best pizza dough that I’ve tasted today. It has two baked potatoes in it, which lowers the gluten content and affects the texture. The recipe is time-consuming, but totally worth it.
My child has impeccable taste in pastry. This is a lemon cheese cake with lemon curd topping. It was lovely, quite lovely indeed.

Looks like lawn clippings; tastes divine! I used tofu instead of the traditional panir cheese.
Found out how to transfer silk prints from here. It worked pretty well, but I should have used rubber bands instead of string. About a third came out well. Silk ties worked the best and you need to wrap them tightly.
Spicy bean Patty on a whole grain thin bun with avocado, pickled beet slices, Swiss cheese & sour cream. Seriously yummy!
