• Your review deck is ready (Claude sent you the link in the terminal; it's a private claude.ai page). One thing per screen, five at a time: tap Looks good or Needs a fix, and answer any quick questions in a word or two. It works on your phone, and everything saves as you go, so you can stop anytime.
• It starts with 3 big-picture cards (home page, what AI assistants will read, the two moving-day fixes), then all 109 products, best sellers first.

• All 109 products are rewritten and in the homsher test store, all passing the rules checker (0 hard failures). They're on the products review page, most popular first.
• New: Questions for Verne. It collects all 75 open questions from 63 products on one page. Most are quick ("Black or Red axes? The old copy says both"). Answer in any order, like "#72 black and red", and I'll fold them in.
• A few worth a look: the 20-piece Random Pips listing says its sides are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7; the Hedgehog set has no categories (it won't show under Animals); and Watermelon (dice only) is filed under Dice Bags.
• Read-only check of all 109 against the live store: 0 problems, nothing written. Moving them over is one command per batch, whenever you say go.

• No EU shipping, on the new stuff: the homsher test store now sells to every country except the 27 EU members, and the configurator's shipping line says "sorry, no EU shipping". The live store is untouched as you asked; the same 3-setting change is written up in catalog/proposals/ for cutover day.
• Wording confirmed: "a small studio in Kent, Ohio" and "engraving machines we built ourselves" are in the llms.txt draft and the proposed meta description.
• Batch 6 (sellers #51 to 60) is next.

Sept 23 · 3:50 pm · rules pass + 40 products

• 40 of 109 products rewritten, and all 40 have been checked against the AI-tells rules you asked for. The rules are saved in the repo as docs/style/dicemakers-writing-rules.md. They merge your product rails, Wikipedia's Signs of AI writing, and the signs-of-ai-design list. A checker script (catalog/lint_copy.py) now enforces them: 0 hard failures. The fixes: no en dashes ("2 to 3 weeks" now), no "Whether you're...", sentence-case headings, fewer bold-led bullets, and use-idea lists in varied counts instead of always three.
• Fewer D&D ideas. Your rails say most buyers aren't gamers, so each product now has at most one tabletop idea; the rest are home, kids, gifts and classroom uses. Class dice (Rogue, Paladin, Bard...) are exempt. On Racoon, Mouse, Hen and Fox I trimmed your own D&D idea lists and flagged each one, so you can say "put them back".
• Design fix on the home page: I removed the orange stripe down the left of the "Rather talk it through?" box. The design list calls out decorative left-border stripes.
• Found by AI assistants: the live home page has a blank title, so search and AI tools see it as "- DiceMakers.com". That's a one-field fix for cutover day. I also drafted an llms.txt (the file AI assistants read to learn what a site is) and a new meta description; both are in site/ai/ and not live.
• $6 per die is set in the configurator and the plugin. The preview configurator now shows $6.00, and its shipping display matches the live zones (US $6 / Canada $20 / world $25).
• Done from your list: fixed the voice rule in orangegarage, registered dice-profit-analysis for backups (test run clean), and moved the CamBam port plan into this repo.

Sept 23 · 2:15 pm · 30 products + the move-over tool

• 30 of 109 products are rewritten (sellers #1–30), all on the products review page and in the test store. About half have a small Please confirm question. Most are one-liners, like whether the Writing Dice are 3 per W, or whether any Spider Dice glow in the dark (your song says so!).
• I kept your personality in: the spider-dice song, the racoon alibi, "don't be a spore loser", Greetings gamers of Earth. I cleaned up layout and grammar, and took out stale bits like "Limited sets for Halloween 2023".
• The tool for moving descriptions to dicemakers.com is built (catalog/apply_descriptions.py). By default it only reads: it compares each product's live copy against the rewrite and prints before/after. I ran that read-only check on all 30: 0 problems, nothing written. When you say go, it moves the products you name, one at a time. For each one it saves a backup first and checks the result afterwards. It only ever changes description text, never prices, photos or options.

• Products review page is up: the top 10 sellers rewritten in the studio "we" voice, laid out like the Backgammon Dice page (bold opener, short sections, bullet lists). Each one shows the new copy, a button to see the old copy, and a Please confirm box with anything I wasn't sure of. I didn't invent any facts; every spec comes from the current listing.
• All 10 are also real products in the homsher test store, with the live photos and prices. The pizza theme doesn't style WooCommerce much, so the product pages look bare. That's a homsher-only thing: the description text is what moves to dicemakers.com, and it'll sit in your real theme there.
• Shipping on the test store matches live: US $6, Canada $20, everywhere else $25.
• One price conflict to settle: the live custom-text die is $5.50, the configurator says $6.50, and the June pricing decision (+$0.50/die) points to $6.00.
• A snapshot of every live product I read is saved in the repo (catalog/descriptions/live-2026-09-23/), which gives us a before-copy for rollback.

• WooCommerce is installed on homsher.com (version 11.1.2) so we can test real orders here.
• Payments are test-only. The install switched on PayPal and Stripe by default. I turned both off and turned on "Check payments", so a test order can't take real money.
• Your header menu: WooCommerce added Shop, Cart, Checkout and My account to it on its own. I took those four out, turned off "auto-add new pages", and added one link: DiceMakers (preview).
• This preview home page puts the configurator first, using today's build (including the uncommitted underline, silver/gold ink, and auto-shrink changes). Add to cart isn't wired up yet; that's the plugin job.
